Heterostructure design page
Heterostructure Design Studio provides built-in heterostructure and layers editor.
The structure layers can be added and edit during design time.
The editor enables the user to select desired material, enter thickness of layer,
doping properties, grid details. The user can draw band alignment diagram
before wavefunctions calculations.
Calculation model and parameters page
Heterostructure Design Studio provides flexible ability to turn
calculations parameters and select desired model. The state-of-the
art method allows to perform eight-band calculations without spurious solutions.
Envelope wave function page
Heterostructure Design Studio provides internal graphical tools
to plot results of calculations, print them, export plotted picture
to other applications, export calculated data to professional package Microcal Origin.
